The AI Stack Snapshot
See what is earning its keep before you add anything else.
Rough answers welcome. No account connections or financial data required.
Put it to work
Make one stack decision in ten minutes
Use this whenYou hesitate before opening an AI tool, have overlapping subscriptions, or cannot name what a paid plan helped you finish recently.
Skip it whenYou already know the right tool for today's deadline. Finish the work first and audit the stack later.
Bring a rough list
- The AI tools and plans you currently have
- Free or paid, plus the rough cost if you know it
- The job you think each tool performs
- The last useful output each one helped finish
Done means
You have one tool to keep using on purpose, one tool with a seven-day test, and one possible pause or cancellation to verify. Do not turn this into a perfect inventory.
Help me run a conservative audit of the AI tools I already have. My goal is to decide what is earning its keep before I add anything else. Let me give you a rough list. For each tool, help me identify: the plan and rough cost if I know it, the job it currently does, the most recent finished output it helped create, where it overlaps with something else I have, and one decision: KEEP, TEST FOR 7 DAYS, PAUSE OR CANCEL, or NEEDS INFO. Rules: Do not recommend a new tool, plan, or upgrade. Use only the information I provide. Ask no more than three questions, one at a time. Do not treat frequent use as proof of value. If pausing or cancelling something could delete data, remove access, or break a workflow, flag it for a manual check instead of telling me to cancel it. Never ask for account credentials, banking details, or private client information. Return: 1. One simple table with Tool, Current job, Last finished output, Overlap, and Decision. 2. The one tool I should use as my default this week, based only on my actual work. 3. One seven-day test with a specific job and definition of done. 4. One possible pause or cancellation to verify. 5. A short list of anything you could not decide from the information I gave you.
Using the audit you just made, give me one seven-day operating rule. Name the tool I should open first, the exact job it owns this week, the one test I will run, and what I am not going to open unless that test fails. Keep it to five lines. Do not add another tool.
I have ChatGPT on a paid plan for research and quick drafts, Claude on a paid plan for long documents and project work, Canva Pro for finished graphics, and two free AI writing tools I have not opened in a month. Last week I finished a client summary in Claude and a workshop graphic in Canva. I keep starting the same writing job in both ChatGPT and Claude. Help me run the snapshot without recommending anything new.
